All our smoothies are 24 gr protein, 200 calories without adding extra ingredients

HIGH PROTEIN WAFFLES

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
1 scoop Protein  Drink Mix (flavor or choice)
1 egg
1/4 c water
2 tbsp dry oatmeal (optional)

Heat up your waffle maker,   SPRAY right before you  put your batter in, and cook until done.
--Be creative and add nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, fruit, cinnamon, etc....
​Each waffle is 24 gr protein, 200 calories (without toppings)

HIGH PROTEIN PIES

In a blender bottle, add :
2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
2 heaping TBSP's of instant sugar free pudding (flavor of choice)
Shake until thick, put in refrigerator for 30 min
Top with bananas, nuts, whipped cream, grahams, etc and eat!
Each pudding is 24 gr protein, 225 calories (without toppings)

MUG MUFFINS

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
1 scoop Protein  Drink Mix (flavor or choice)
1 egg
3 tbsp water
Put in a mug, microwave for 2 min, 15 sec. Enjoy!
